  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order. Refunds are unavailable if more than 14 days have passed.
  • All returns must be processed through our online returns portal.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, please scan the QR code on the slip included in your package.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. No exchanges are offered.
